All About  Us .....

All staff in little Tigers are trained to the highest standards and this is a continuous priority for us all, most staff are undertaking further studies currently.

All staff have Paediatric First Aid, Safeguarding, Prevent, Food Hygiene, Infection Prevention and ASD training as a minimum.

Here we would like to introduce you to our wonderful staff members.

Pam Curtis - Owner & Safeguarding Officer

Pam says 'I have 19 years experience of working with young children and have gained many qualifications over this time. I have three daughters 16, 18 and 21, that keep me busy too.

I very much enjoy working with the little ones who never fail to make us smile. I enjoy studying, walking my dog Bud, going to new places and spending time with my family and friends'.

Nathalie Hughes - Manager & Safeguarding Officer (Big Tigers)

Nathalie says 'My name is Nathalie but my friends call me Nat. I have worked in the early years for over 8 years and I enjoy the challenges and the rewards that working in Little Tigers brings each day. I enjoy creating different meals for my family - not always gourmet :) and I love nothing more than going on long family walks including our much loved dog, Spike'.

Ellie Curtis - Deputy Manager & Additional Learning Needs co-ordinator (Big Tigers)

Ellie says 'I have been working at little tigers for 5.5 years, I thoroughly enjoy working in the nursery and my key role is working with children with additional needs. I absolutely love this role and enjoy helping and supporting the children achieve their very best whilst in our care. 

I enjoy cooking, being creative, walking my dog Reggie, swimming and running'.

Cobie McKay - Lead Play Practitioner (Big Tigers)

Cobie says 'I have been working at little tigers for almost 4.5 years and its been a blast. No day is the same and I love all the different  characters that come through - staff included. Anything creative I love, you will often find me with paper and a pack of felts in my hand.

Spending quality time with my two children and partner is how I spend most of my free time, I also love to clean :)'.

Melissa McConn - Play Practitioner (Big Tigers)

Melissa says 'I have been working with young children for the last 3 years and I am continuing with my studies. I enjoy it very much, the children are all unique and make working at tigers lots of fun. When I am not working I enjoy spending time with my family and going on fun days out'.

Jodie Harris - Play Practitioner (Big Tigers)

Jodie joined us last September as a full time play practitioner and is currently working towards gaining her Children's Care, Learning and Development qualification.

Sandra Stait - Manager & Safeguarding Office (Baby Tigers)

Sandra says ' I have worked in childcare for 10 years. I have 3 children 11, 18 and 20 year old. I love working with children and helping them learn and grow. I enjoy walking my dog Melody, swimming and reading'.

Clare Morgan - Deputy Manager & Additional Needs Co-ordinator (Baby Tigers)

Clare says 'I have been working in Little Tigers for 8 years and I love it very much. I love that everyday is different.

I enjoy spending tine with my family and friends, cooking and listening to music'.

Joanne Edwards - Play Practitioner (Baby Tigers)

Joanne joined us last September as a full time play practitioner and is currently working towards gaining her Children's Care, Learning and Development qualification.
